We Accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments from customers worldwide.
Payment will be requested at time of checkout. Please note: Shipping is added seperately (please see below for details). Fulfillment of your order will commence once this initial product payment is made.
We do not accept consignment orders.
Shipping is added as a seperate billing later through the use of PayPal to ensure shipping method and accuracy. Please Note: You will be given a code to take any shipping incurred off the initial $150 order at check-out ( At this time, this e-commerce platform defaults to the retail shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience).
Shipping of product occurs within 10-30 business days of receiving initial product payment. This production time is dependant on order size, supplier levels and time of year.
Because we are a handmade business and take special care in each order, our product takes a little longer to fulfill.
We accept customization requests on colour of ink only. Please note: ink and fabric colour may be slightly different depending on supplier.
Our products must be displayed and sold in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING they have been delivered to you. No modifications or removal of our packaging is permitted. Orders are intended for your storefront and online e-commerce website, and are not to be sold on third party websites such as Amazon or Etsy, or outdoor markets and fairs.
RETURNS, DAMAGES & REPAIRS
All sales are final. Any damages must be reported within 2 days of shipment arriving to you in order to initiate a return.
